The Rimset


The sides are picked, sanded to around  0.080” and profiled.  They are then bent in a Fox type bender with heating blankets and spring steel slats.  They are allowed to cool for 6-12 hrs, removed and placed in a mold to maintain stability and shape.  I am using an adjustable Fox style mold system and it works very well for me.
