Finally got two off to finish. A 12 fret figured Mahogany/Adi 000 slothead with a 25.4 scale length, I am excited about this guitar. It taps out great.
Also a double side Bird’s Eye Maple/Sitka OM with an IRW inner side. I am interested to see how this baby sounds. The top is a nice stiff one with a great tap tone but some runout so it may be priced slightly lower just because of cosmetics.
One reason I am running late is that I took time off to go to Denver and help build a playhouse for some pretty cute twin girls. Driving ten penny framing nails makes me glad I don’t do it for a living. We were too cheap to rent a nail gun.
It is fall in Minnesota. The dock is out, the gutters clean, one more pass should take care of the leaves, and I’ll get the driveway markers for the plow in tomorrow. They double as go-bars by the way.
Ready to hunker down for a winter in the shop. Have some ideas for the next batch.
